Building 15 - The Canberra Hospital

While at SHAPE, the Brindabella PM team formed part of the broader project team delivering a new modular healthcare facility under a Design and Construct model, replacing an existing building within a live hospital environment.

Contributing to both Project Management and Design Management functions, the team supported coordination of off-site manufacture and on-site installation of the multi-level modular solution. Careful planning, staging and stakeholder engagement helped ensure the works were delivered safely and with minimal disruption to hospital operations.
