Semi-Modular Healthcare Delivery

During their time at SHAPE, Brindabella PM personnel played a key role in the delivery of Building 8 — a four-storey new build delivered under a Design and Construct model.

The project adopted a quicker, safer, cost-efficient and less disruptive semi-modular construction solution, enabling accelerated programme delivery within a live hospital environment. Off-site fabrication was strategically integrated with on-site works to minimise disruption to clinical operations while maintaining strict safety, infection control and governance requirements.
