National Capital Private Hospital Operating Theatres

While at SHAPE, the Brindabella PM team formed part of the broader project team delivering the refurbishment of operating theatres and upgrade of associated plant and equipment within a fully operational hospital environment.

Contributing to Project Management and Design Management functions, the team supported detailed staging, programming and coordination to enable demolition and construction works to proceed adjacent to active clinical areas. The project was delivered over a highly compressed programme, including extended and out-of-hours works, with careful planning and subcontractor engagement critical to maintaining hospital operations.

Completed without disruption to clinical services, the project was recognised as a finalist in the 2022 Master Builders Excellence Awards for technical difficulty and innovation.
